Patients can delete their own account, and the platform is built with privacy-by-design in mind.

Can patients book appointments online?

Yes. Patients can self-register (or sign in with Google), browse available doctor slots based on real doctor schedules, and book appointments directly. They receive automatic push and in-app reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before their appointment (WhatsApp reminders are also available if the clinic sets them up). The patient app also gives access to dental charts, treatment plans, and invoices.
